Where can I get bootcut jeans that are not low rise?

Does anyone know where I can get bootcut jeans that are not low rise?

    OK where can I get bootcut or skinny boot that are low rise - most places are belly button height.

    I can't wear them above hip bone level due to a scar.

    Mrs JMP, I found Internacionale's jeans quite low rise - might be just my jelly belly though!!!
