Where to buy card for invitations?

Fireflower, 5 October, 2008 at 19:31 Posted on Planning 0 4

Hi everyone

Can anyone suggest websites where I can buy card and paper for my invitations? I've mocked up a few using stuff from Hobbycraft but am hoping that I can find card cheaper online. Ideally I'd like to be able to get samples first so I can check that it is exactly what I am after. I need thick brown card and some other bits!

Thanks in advance

xx

I got all mine from the madaboutcards website mentioned above but watch the postage charges if you need samples first.

It's a million times easier to buy card blanks for the actual cards which are the right size and have a pre-scored crease and they come in many sizes, colours & finishes. Then get normal card for your design elements.

I often buy plain white envelopes in Asda or Tesco as you can get 50 C6 (fit an A6 card in) for 99p!
