My husband spoke first then me and we got married in a church in 2019. My sister in law spoke first and then my brother and they got married in a humanist ceremony in a hotel at Christmas last year.

If it’sa church ceremony it will be the groom first. Otherwise, your best asking your registrar if there are rules or conventions, or if you can just choose. Traditionally it would be the man first though.
