Will you wear a watch?

I am the odd one who has never worn a watch in my life, but i can see if it is something you are used to waering that it would feel odd without one. I think your plan of wearing a dainty one is great, and it is your day so you do what you want!

I wear a watch every single day and feel odd without one, slightly strangely though my normal day to day watch is a posh and expensive Longines one with diamonds (£800!) which will look classy on the wedding day. It was however purchased by my ex partner (father of my kids who I never married)

Whoops! My FH knows this and has never made an issue but now I am wondering whether this is insensitive! Mmmmm.....

I didn't wear mine, but only because it is a battered one with an old leather strap that wouldn't have gone with my dress. I usually always wear a watch and it did drive me crazy not having one, so if you have a pretty one that goes with your dress, I'd definitely wear it!

For many years I wore a vintage watch that I received from my grandfather. It was a precious possession, and I was very attached to it. However, it stopped working recently. I purchased a Rolex a few years ago but haven’t worn it that often, so I debate whether I should prawn it to get money to repair my other watch.

I don’t think it would look odd at all. Plenty of people wear watches to weddings, especially if it’s something they usually wear. A slim, elegant design that ties in with your jewellery sounds lovely.
