Witnesses

I am having 2 of my brothers as the oldest one will be doing a speech as our father has passed away. is up to you, but what you are proposing sounds a good idea

Anyone can be a witness as long as they have the mental capacity to understand what they are witnessing (and sufficient knowledge of the language in which the ceremony is being conducted). I think it's a great way of including close friends in your wedding - my OH and I each had our closest friend witness our wedding as we didn't have a bridal party and wanted to include them.
