Witnesses needed

Hi. My other half and I have our wedding arranged for the 18th may in Dolgellau North Wales but it's a secret and we can't have family as witnesses or others will complain that we didn't pick them. We don't know anyone in the town as we're from Yorkshire. Any ideas
