Wunderskirt/underskirt tight (thunder thighs) 1

Hello fellow brides to be /brides.

Wondering if anyone has any helpful tips, as Google hasn’t saved me so far.
I’m getting married in August and I have a rather tight/new fitting underskirt.
I purchased this from wed2b and their website states the small is for sizes 6-12. The sample one I tried in the shop was completely fine on my thighs but my new underskirt seems very snug on my thighs! I’m a size 8 but my thighs are probably more a 10/muscular.
The underskirt is a challenging to get on but once it’s up, it has enough stretch that I can bend and sit etc.
My main worry is that it’s currently very tight to pull upwards for when I am to use the toilet during the day!!
Any home remedies/tips to loosen the material would be much appreciated.
