WW people....points help for lean mince

We have extra lean steak mince. I tend to buy the smallest container - is that 250g? It goes between 3 of us so I guess i'd have about 100g. Anyone know how to point it? The website is saying a medium portion is 5 points but what's a medium portion?

    My book says "beef mince, extra lean, uncooked,medium portion, 140g 5 points"

    I've just worked it out online for you and 100g is 3.5 points ?

    There should be a drop down box next to medium portion which you can use to change the quantity. You can then change it to grams and add 100 in the amount box to the left and it'll calculate the points.
