ww points - chinese takeaway -specifically lemon chicken

Hi.. does anyone know the WW point value of a portion of lemon chicken and boiled rice from a chinese takeaway.. ( it would be the carton of lemon chicken )... I have been saving my points up!..

    No probs, I have the eating out guide.

    I love having a chicken or special chow mein, 7.5 pts the lot

    .... unfortunately I am a REALLY fussy eater... and I don't eat most veg... so anything like that is out!... I really should try with the veg tho... as it would make WW much easier as I would be able to fill up a bit more!

    Thanks for your help with the eating out guide... I have been in 2 minds whether to get it... I should do really as have a few nights out planed..
