your opinions please trad vale and hair band vs birdcage vale

I'm new to hitched and have just come across your post - I really like the birdcage veils but I think it depends what sort of dress you have chosen? What style is your dress?

The headband is gorgeous, I love the mixture of pearls and diamtantes!

You could probably wear a bird cage with that headband

To be sure you will have to try different veils with your dress and how you want your hair. It looks like your dress is heavy with lace which is similar to a wedding I shot who had a birdcage and it looked great.

What would you prefer to see yourself in when you imagine your hair and everything done? Your headband can be sold so don't worry about that if you want to go with just the birdcage.

I really would.like a birdcage viel. not seen any hair clips things to go with it that i like. does anyone have any recommendations of websites to look at for birdcage viels. how would you wear the headband wih one.

i am a nightmare for changing my mind so going to keep the headband as a just in case and maybe try it with a birdcage viel. it was from debenhams though. just had a look dont think they do the exact one now but if you search pearl headband it brings up a similar one

Have a look at these links I have found - some good ideas depending on the look you want. I think it would work really well with the headband, most of the bird cage veils you see have some sort of head piece included.

This is really nice, a lace dress too

Personally I would wear a traditional veil with a dress like that. I loved birdcages and as I was having a tea length I thought they would be the ideal match but actually found it just didn't look "bridal" (whatever that is)

My headpiece was similar to yours also.

The answer I am afraid is to try them on and see how it looks.

Hi, I've never really looked at birdcage veils so not sure what would go but I will say that i'd be very reluctant to let go of that hairband!!
