Any ideas how much food is needed? I am catering a party for the hubby and have no idea what quantities of anything is needed Help!

My dough is proving atm and I have my fingers firmly crossed in the hope that I haven't made any disastrous mistakes! It should be going in the oven in about 2 hours.

I watched her make it on tv the other night and was so mesmorised I stupidly didn't copy the recipe down.... can anyone put me out of my misery?!
