Just a quick question to you guys and gals, how important it is to have wedding insurance? Has anyone of you done that?

My friend's daughter is getting married in a month and I'm not sure what to get as a gift. Don't want to get the tacky sort of tat, but want a gift that's different (and that will suit both of them)....
