Looking for cool wedding guest book ideas

I've been setting up our wedding website these last few days and have a bit of feedback for consideration: * I'd like to be able to ask guests about food allergies/dietary restrictions in their RSVP....

Our theme was Red, Gold and Ivory as it's christmas and the reception venue uses red and gold as it's theme. I can't find gold shoes for the bridesmaids and am now debating red, silver and ivory....
