Can anyone suggest a routine or a fitness DVD for those days when I can't face the journey to the gym? What results have you seen? I would love to have a treadmill at home!
I was just interested to know what everyones goals are? I have 7kg (just over 1 stone) to lose and keep off for my wedding which is just under 18 months away. It sounds easy but I'm really struggling!...
