Well it's a week since I started my sort-of healthy eating regime, so I thought I'd weigh myself. <drumroll>......... 9stone 7lbs! So it seems I've lost 3lbs in the first week! That's good...
Is anyone brave enough to post a 'before' pic to get us all started? I'll do it if someone else does it first...... (chicken icon needed!) ?
H has just come home with a 12-box of Krispy Kremes. ? This is not good.
