Bit of a pointless post really but just got back from my hen weekend! It was only a small one - just the 4 of us but I couldn't have asked for anything better! Lots of wine and cocktails, trip to the theatre and lots of nice food!

Our wedding cake is part fruit. I don't particularly like marzipan and just wondering if a fruit wedding cake can be made with out? I never use it when I make a Christmas cake but as with all my cooking I never fully follow the recipe!
