I took a walk three times this week in the evening about 30/40 mins good power walking Lost 2 and half lb this week ?Only 1lb and half off my target ? If i lose a lb next week thats 2 stone YEAH YEAH?

Just making a choc sponge have no coco powder for butter icing? I have tons of easter eggs lying around so was going to melt the choc to cover? what can I use in the middle for filling? would plain butter icing be ok?

Tonight I parked car by the prom and walked with my daughter in the pushchair for 40 mins very hard going as quite windy, but she fell fast asleep as soon as she was in bed rather than "Its still day time mummy" walked everyday so far ? feel great
