Into points overdraft after a pig-out day - does anyone know about 18 points kick-start?

When I did WW years ago there was a kick-start option that allowed you to stick to 18 points for a week or two. I was thinking of doing this for the rest of the week as I've blown my points today, quite badly. On the WW site the only kick start plan...
