Just having another nosey! Who's throwing their bouquet?

Now this is my dilemma... do people actually bring confetti to weddings? or should I buy a few boxes/ cones of confetti and give them out in case people forget? (you can get them quite cheap) and don't worry I checked with the venue and they said it...

I got a letter today from the registrar, It costs £70 for both me and my OH to give notice of the wedding (thats fine by me) there was also a note saying, because I'm not getting married in a registry office it would cost £300 for her to marry us. Oh...

Has anyone found all the legal stuff, like registrars a complete head spinning situation?! I live about 20 miles from where I want to get married so I have to keep in contact with 2 sets of registrars, they're barely ever open, don't phone back......
