Hey everyone! So this is my first post, I am terrified of the fact that i am going to be walking down the aisle by myself! I don't have any family to walk with me, so i kinda asking has anyone seen...
I decided to try the 30 day abs challenge, for someone my size and fitness level it is a real struggle but I'm determined to do it. Is anyone else doing the challenge?
