Adding Guests to Events on the Guest List planning tool

I was just struggling with this for a bit too, before figuring out how to do it. In case you haven't figured it out yet:

1. Click on your new event to see the current guest list for that new event (it's probably empty right now, other than yourself and your partner)

2. Click on the purple '+ Guest' button to the left of the '+ Group' button, at the top of the guest list

3. Here you'll be able to add any guest that's not yet invited to the new event too

How do you add a new guest?? Not the "+Guest" as that taking me to a pre made list, I cant add a whole new guest
