Hey, where do you start? We would love to get married next year but just don’t know where to start. We’ve been looking online at venues and have been undecided on a date!

Started with venues - we knew we wanted exclusive use, country house and church ceremony so started from there. When we found the venue they told us the dates they had available and we chose the June date! But that’s all we have done as waiting to see the venue in person for signing - venue have been brilliant. Once you get going you find a bit of a flow! Just start doing some virtual viewings at venues and you’ll soon find what you want (or don’t want!)

Congrats Chery! Our date is 3rd June 2022. We got engaged Jan 2020 so I’ve had the wedding planned in my head for ages but only started booking things this year due to the covid situation. I’ve booked all the big things but it’s all the little details, guest count and final costs that are making me nervous.


I definitely need to look at wedding insurance aswell. Do you have any honeymoon ideas? We’re thinking either Bath or the cotswolds
