View quoted message They are both labs they are father and daughter the daughter is the cream lab her mother was a black lab who unfortunately lost January last year due to cancer xx

Lovely photos! Did your dogs stay all day or just for a few photos?

I would love our lab to be there on the day and be part of photos but no idea what to do with him the rest of the day/night!

View quoted message They just had photos with me in the morning and then from 1 to 6pm they was at home then my neighbor Becky popped in to see them let them out , play ball with them and feed them until she came to our party and when she left at 9ish she popped in again to see them , my dad then took over at midnight and stayed the night to watch them as the hotel gave us a night stay in the package , we would of had them for the full day but my youngest is timid with new people so would of been in fair for her .

Everyone we would have asked to help will be at our wedding for most of the day

I have considered asking a dog sitter to drop in but my FH isn't keen on strangers in the house haha (I do sort of know the dog sitter but from YEARS ago and haven't stayed in touch so to speak).

I will have to keep thinking!

My friend is getting her dog sitter to bring her dog to the wedding just for an hour as they have dog friendly gardens at her wedding in that time she is getting pictures done with the dog . Or if you have a break between things like we had an sort break between the wedding breakfast and night party so if we wanted to we could of sent someone to check on them

Take 5 mins alone with your husband on the night because it all goes so fast we spent 5 mins outside together to talk about the day and reflect I'm glad we did
And make sure you eat something before the ceremony even if u don't feel hungry

My doggo is also a massive part of our big day, we have a country house style venue, with accommodation….. he’ll think he’s on holiday 😂😂🙄
