Wedding insurance if you're having it!
You could start looking at transport and start pricing some, never too early to book Smiley smile
Entertainment - Think about whether you want dj or band etc and start looking around.
Have a look at dresses etc and get an idea what you fancy.
Price florists if you're having real flowers.
Things like decorations, bridesmaids dresses, make up artists and hair dressers etc.

Any extra entertainment if you're having it, we've booked a golden eagle but some people have magicians, bouncy castles etc so if you are could be looking at that sort of thing too.

Plenty of time though to organise all that, I still don't have my cake booked haha!

I do think I need to look into florists but I have no idea where to start.

entertainment is included in our hotel package deal, but I might look into extra entertainment -good idea Smiley smile

    transport is sorted

I'm exactly the same but a week behind! My year to go is next Friday! I also only have the photographer, cake and registrar sorted (although only provisionally for registrar). I'm booked to try on dresses on 15th! X

Another date twin! Smiley smile I'm also 4th October Smiley smile

im going for my first dress shopping today with my mum and sisters (and my dad - he's not one to miss out ha!)

definetly get some insurance and read the small print - I only found out just before purchasing that some don't cover what you've already paid for! Debenhams do, and John Lewis for the first £1000 on your venue .

    Happy planning!

Get insurance, it will only be around £40-70 depending how how expensive your weddings going to be and it's piece of mind. Think we paid £38 to protect us for 10k. I'm maybe extra cautious cos my fiancé is/was battling leukaemia...and hate to be negative but you *really* never know what is round the corner. (Sorry don't mean to be so down about it).

On a more exciting note, I'd get thinking about your dress, depending what designer you want, you might need plenty of time to get the dress ordered and allow times for fittings and alterations.

Otherwise, I agree get onto Pinterest and let your imagination run!! Smiley laugh
