I don't know if this is possible on Android too, but you actually CAN post from an iPhone - I have done it a few times.

It's pretty darn fiddly though, can be temperamental and doesn't seem to do paragraphs for some reason, so everything comes out as one massive sentence, so I generally tend to wait until I get home, as it is just too much of a faff.

Posting from an iphone is possible if you turn off java - but then other sites need that turned on!!! too faffy and takes too long!!!

Not sure a complete "app" is required - perhaps just to fix whatever's funny in the coding so it allows you to post like other forums do?

We've been discussing mobile in the office in the last couple of weeks and this thread has added more focus on the debate.

We have got a couple of other developments that we are building at the moment but we will push the priority up of a mobile friendly forum app.

Not sure how hard it will be until we get into it but I'll try and keep you updated on progress.
