A new obsession....

budgetbabe, 1 July, 2010 at 22:03 Posted on Planning 0 7

I seem to have developed an obsession with the weather forecast....

With only 9 days to go now, i am literally checking every hour for updates ? up until Tuesday afternoon i was getting "Cloudy, overcast with an 80% chance of rain" - now im getting "Sunny with some cloud, 10% chance of rain". i have about 10 different websites that i keep checking - i know it wouldnt be the end of the world if it rained but i just think having a sunny day would just really make it for me.

I now consider myself something of an expert on the matter and may consider a new career as a weathergirl in my new married life!!! Lol!!!

I am completely with you - an i'm a week after you so the forecast is incredibly inaccurate!!!!!!

We should seriously step away - nothing we can do anyway!!!!

Dont worry girlies you'll have a fab day anyway.

i got married last sept it poured down the whole day, so much so we had to leave by the churches back door as it was driving rain at the front. we still had an awesome day and the only thing affected was obv our pictures which we had to have taken inside but at the end of the day we were still married and thats all that really counts!

I'm with you on that, as it happened it was really windy but I didn't give a damn.

I did exactly the same too. As it happens it did rain on and off but there were enough breaks that we got some nice outdoor pics. Our photographer was very reassuring beforehand saying he'd actually never done a wedding where it rained all day. I think it rained a little bit in the morning, then all the way through the ceremony, broke off long enough to get some group shots outside and then again about half an hour later for us to get the nice "us" shots in the gardens (albeit under an umbrella for some of them!)
