Any excel wizzes about?

giddy, 5 April, 2011 at 13:36 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 2

I've just been upgraded from a very old (2003) version of excel. In there I could use "Text to columns" to divide a comma seperated line of text into columns. Office 2010 doesn't seem to have this option. Is there a new way to do this?

Fingers crossed for someone who knows what I'm wittering about!

Hello, if you click on the data tab at the top (home, insert, page layout, formulas then data) then there is an option for Text to Columns icon in the data tools section.
