Well I don't publish it on facebook - that seems like fishing for sympathy to me. I usually just mope and eat chocolate. Maybe cry if it was a really bad day.

If I have had a bad day I rant to OH about it,maybe cry and then get out with it ie if I had a flat tyre etc. Would try to have an early night as well.

I would only have a drink at the wkend & not every wkend.

I dont really post that much on facebook. OH mum is on it & everytime she sees me she'll mention something she could only know through my facebook ie the fact that I have a onsie. It may not be a big deal but it bugs me as we are are not close at all.

(I know I could stop her from seeing my status updates but as so many of OH family are now on my facebook I wouldnt want her finding out I had done it).

I go quiet, I'll have a cry to H, and then have a bath and an early night. I would and will never ever post on fb about my problems I really don't get people who do that.

I have a bower (bath/shower), sit on the bottom of the bath and cry with the water tumbling over me.

I have done this about 5times this week. It's been a bad one.

    Smiley sad hugs

Depends if it's bad because I'm angry or just sad. I've I'm angry I'll have a moan and sulk. If I'm sad I'll stay quiet and go and have a wee cry in the bath, eat loads of chocolate and shut myself in my room reading. And hugs from H (providing he is not the reason go being sad/angry)

Rant, rave, huff and puff, twist, cry, scream, take it out on someone else, eat naughty food, and then bath, jarmies and sit in the huff.... and after nearly 5 months the hubby is still here and putting up with this daily occurrence!!!

Depends on the type of bad day. H is really good at cheering me up and seeing the positives, I sometimes think I whinge at him too much and he deserves a medal for patience.

I don't tend to put things on facebook and if I did I'd put what the problem was, not just say I was feeling bad. Vaguebooking winds me up something chronic.

If I'm really upset I find sitting on the floor helps. No idea why.

    Well that depends.

If its a work related bad day: rant to OH

If its an OH related bad day: rant to you lot

If its a general miserable day: cry

If its a weekend: get ridico drunk

I'll usually just put an "ugh" on Facebook, and then sulk and moan ALL day (though, not publically on Facebook, usually just to hubby).

Then I'll get loads of people commenting asking what's wrong, and I'll regret ever putting "ugh" as my status.

It depends, I don't put things on Facebook, if I'm having a bad day I don't really need someone I went to school with when I was 5 to know...

Generally I go quiet and eat a lot, sometimes I drink some wine and that leads to ranting but most of the time I go quiet and cry

I go quiet. I curl up in a ball, and snap at anyone who dares to try and talk to me, except my boys. My boys are generally enough to pull me out of a slump.

I get a bit snappy and grumpy when I have a bad day, then just eat lots of chocolate. Wouldn't do a constant running commentary on faceybook though.

I've had a lot of bad days recently. There's the fire on Monday, lots of lovely relatives going through lots of illnesses and lots of other general stresses.

Generally H and I have a little moan to each other and talk things through. If it's a bad day at work we sympathise and agree that the person causing it is a twunt etc. If I'm on a late and he needs a vent he'll sometimes pop in or call and have his little rant so he can relax - I really do think sharing it and getting a bit of sympathy makes a huge difference to him!

We, neither of us, spend much time sharing our troubles online. Though I do pass mine on to a select group of uni buddies from time to time because I value their insight, it's a private FB group so there's only about 10 of us and they're a proper little support network

We call these "lagoons" in our house PP! I dont know why. They do rock though! I hope you are ok lovely. ?

I agree with wine and chocolate. It depends which kind of bad day. If Its a sad one, I'd rather just be on my own and go to bed with a book and chocolate/sleep, if its an angry one I would rather get drunk with friends and forget about it!

I've had a bad day today. The pain in my shoulder is so bad I want to cry all the time and the doc I saw this morning at the hospital wants me back next week for a scan. I ended up having to have the rest of the day off work too because I was up all night coughing and totally lost my voice, by lunch it still hadn't come back, so pretty much completely useless as a teacher today! I hate being off work unless I am really really sick and actually asleep in bed and unaware, as it makes me feel so unmotivated and purposeless.

I dealt with it today by eating cookie dough (v soothing for the throat), drinking tea and cough syrup, and reading trashy mags like Take a Break with women looking sad but brave with captions saying 'me now' and seeing how many times I could spot the same cliche phrases in different articles.

Hubs got home and he has had an awful day too, so I forgot my woes by listening to him offload his!

If I am stressed I tend to sing and everyone assumes you are in a good mood and it gradually lifts me.

At the moment I am on my own and have no-one to talk to so I'm not sure what to do!

I shout.... and eat... and snap...... and eat...... and scream..... and eat!

Infact, a few weeks ago I had a mare of a day at work. I was so mardy it was unreal, and there was no one who escaped my wrath...... the next day I had to take cake in to apologise for being a hateful ***! Luckily, my work mates are a good bunch and very understanding!

I tend to cry a bit, have a cup of tea and cuddle in with H and tell him all about my bad day.
