Would love to get to goal for this christmas, would be an average of 1.5 lbs a week, which I think I can do most of the time, but not sure about when I go on hol for 2 weeks to dom republic

I don't have any photos, perhaps that is something I need to get sorted before long..

Yea last 2 pics are the same top, am hoping to show an even more defined figure at my next stone (middle of march time hopefully) as I am going to the gym and doing more excercise

Firstly I apologize as mine are awful pictures. The only before ones is of me in my wedding. I avoided the camera all the time. Put it this way my arms where the skinniest thing on my body to give you an idea of what was hiding under my dress....:

Here is me 3 stone lighter (lost another 7lb since). Again, not a good pic. Will take more soon. Tbh, I still have issues with the camera.

(And yes I know, the mirror is stinking ?).

CBH you really should: it helped me enormously - I still can't see the difference in the mirror (2 1/2 stone & 3 dress sizes down) but can in pics.

I have my 'before' and 'after's on FB so can't access them to post right now but will try later - never posted on a before/after post before but I reckon it's what I need to see how far I've come and give me the incentive to carry on for the last pesky stone.

Mine isn't very impressive as I don't look fat in it. I was 10st 7 and I'm in fancy dress! The jeans are a 14 and I had to lie down on the bed to do them up that night.

Target is 9st and I'm 9st 6 at the mo.

Ahh thanks. ? I lost the weight following ww, and toned up just by walking really. I can't drive and neither can my H, so I have to walk everywhere. I'm constantly on the go.

Before - December 2007 (north of 23 stone)

After - October 2008 (14.5 stone, I'm now around 14)

Melancholie - how long did it take you to lose the weight?

I've lost a 1.5 stone so far with at least another 4.5 to go. I'll need to get a before picture taken.

Sadly, I'm still at the 'before' stage - I have 3 inches to lose off my waist to fit in a bridesmaid dress in August, and I really want to lose 2 stone and be foxy again. I've also realised that I can't use the 'just had a baby' excuse anymore as she's nearly 6 months.

So, I've bought a cross trainer, and am eating better. I also walk with the pram and swim twice a week. Really hope I can post some 'during' and 'after' pics soon.
