Thanks HEmmaH Smiley smile They are actually a little more "green" in real life, I guess a sort of page sage/eucalyptus colour?

Thanks Kharv! The ladies in the shop I bought them through even put a little hand written tag on each one with my BMs names, which I thought was sweet. They are all the same size (amazingly) which is also my size, so I have a cheeky try on last night - seriously, I am considering buying one for myself. Do you think you would wear these again if you were bought them as BM dresses or too weddingy?

Thanks guys! I am glad I went with Dessy in the end, I mean they aren't the cheapest by any means, but the quality seems good and I loved the range of styles and colours they had - so would recommend if you can find a good stockist! They don't always have many of the colours to try on though - my BMs had to try these on in a sort of dark rusty orange, really had to use the imagination there!

Lovely! I've been a Dessy BM twice and one of the dresses I have worn a few times since. The other i haven't as it isn't really my colour...

Would have liked Dessy BMs but couldn't afford it for 4 BMs and 2 FGs, then I wanted the Dessy twist wrap dress but the long length one wasn't long enough!

Absolutely stunning dresses! I'm looking for something like this for my BM's, in a peachy colour. Could I be incredibly cheeky and ask what kind of price they were? Totally understand if you don't want to say!

Hey Addykins - no worries, they were about £200 each (I don't know how much they vary between stockists, presumably they must add a little bit on to make some money) as I say, not the cheapest (and there is no doubt I would have thought differently if I had more than 3 BMs to buy for) but I am really happy with how they turned out and feel it was probably worth the cost.

    Thanks misslaura,

Unfortunately that might be a little above my budget, shame as they look amazing! I'm sure they'll look great at your wedding, and yes I'd definitely wear them again!

Theyre lovely and definitely something that can be worn again.

Out of interest how did you go about fittings? Did you order the dresses from one shop and get your BM's to go their for fittings?

I picked all the dresses up on Sat without them trying them on as 1 of my BMs is away until 7th Sept (and I get married on the 15th) so I am REALLY hoping no alterations are needed as there won't be time! Another BM is coming to try at mine on Sunday and if needed we will go local to alter, the other lives outside London with a v young baby and I am having to courier the dress down to her to try on and get altered herself as she is on hols at the beginning of Sept and worried no time.... Sorry that wasn't helpful at all - basically couldn't get all my BMs together for fittings! So I just picked them all up - I also think the shop I ordered the dresses through would probably charge more for alterations than if I just go somewhere local. They also said they would need minimum 2 weeks - does that sound about right for alterations or do you think they can be done quicker (I hope so!)

2 weeks should be ok..I had to have 2 fittings for my BM dress as my OH got my measurements miles out so you could fit 2 of me in one dress!!

Did your BM's try them on before they got picked? I want to get my BM dresses out the way but both of my BM's are pregnant and due in October/November so I am aiming for them to regain some sort of normal figure by Jan so I can get them to go and try some on and then get the dresses ordered in Feb, leaving me 8 months...is this ok? Im just a bit conscious of them being really busy with the new babies that they will struggle to go and try some dresses on...
