If you're happy with something different then what about : http://www.giftsfromfairies.co.uk/store/category/126_exclusives/129_re-invented-jewellery-by-louise-pringle/

I went to an antiques shop in York and got pearl bracelets then I'm taking them to the shop the day before for a mooch so they can associate the gift with the shop/weekend.

Wow that's very generous of you. I bought one of mine a necklace with butterflies on (as she loves them) and the other a long necklace with a funky design at the bottom. Both sterling silver so no green necks. Not sure what to get my MOH (she's my sister and NEVER changes her jewellery!). Also on the morning I'm going to give them each a pearl bracelet that I have bought to wear and I will be wearing the same.

Absolutely love these, but not sure I can afford to spend this much as have 4 bridesmaids. Something like this would be perfect though....

Lots of lovely ideas there thanks. Wish I could afford to spend more though!

They are lovely but ? £95 each? Is that what you are supposed to spend? I was thinking about £30 each. I have four bridesmaids and I'm already paying for their dress at £200 each (£245 for the really tall one), shoes, hair, makeup, hotel rooms, dinner drinks, paying for them to attend my hen etc. Not sure I want to lay out another £400 on their gifts!!

I don't expect them to spend that much on me either. Well one of them is 13 so won't get me anything and one is a student so unlikely to be able to afford a gift and one has just lost her job.

Wow - this is absolutely stunning - do you mind me asking how much it cost? I couldn't see it on the website...

I don't think I want pearls for the BMs as I am wearing pearls, but I like this for me!

They are Light Grey Swarovski pearls. They have proved really popular for BMs since Cricket Bride had them for hers - trend setter! They really do look lovely and depending on your BMs might be worn even more than white pearls would after the big day.

I guess I am only paying for their dresses (oh and hair..), my wedding is at my parents house so no hotel rooms etc and will be eating at home. My OH is going halves with me as well as we both know the BMs well. I know it seems like a lot...but I guess I just wanted to get them something I know they would like, which could have been £20 or £100. I wasn't going to spend any more than I did though!!

I'm only paying for dresses, wraps and presents, but with 4 BMs and 2 flower girls this is costing enough!

When I've been a BM, two of my friends did costume jewellery and perfume, one did lovely silver and pearl earrings and another a lovely photo frame, most paid for my dress but I have bought my own on one occassion. I've always bought my own shoes.

I had started thinking about goody bags with some costume jewellery, hair combs, chocs, nice toiletries etc but I do really like those grey pearls, they would go really lovely with our raspberry pink and silver colour scheme and I think my BMs would wear them again... will email for further details!

^^this is what we're doing, since ours is a small wedding, and nearly everyone attending would traditionally get a gift, we are doing goodie bags as favours as well as gifts. Saves time tbh

    Hi Claire,

Feel free to have a look on my site, I have sterling silver freshwater pearl and Swarovski pearl bracelets and sets. Most of my items are sterling silver, I prefer to use this material. The freshwater pearls have a beautiful lustre too.

Here are a couple of ideas:

Abbey bracelet - available in white or grey freshwater pearl.

Anna - available in white or grey pearls

Kate - available in white or light grey Swarovski pearl

Here is the link to the bracelet and gift pages on my site:

Just thought - this would look gorgeous in light grey pearl too -

This is from my Silvia range - available in bracelet, earrings and necklace.

    Regards,

    Rebecca

I love these. I can't see it on your web page though. Would you let me know the cost and do you have earings to match?
