Hi everyone i really need your help. I went to see a diff GP yesterday who really dose want to help me lose weight, So were trying a few new things for me to try and if all els fails he will send me for the band.

The first thing he wants me to do is a 3 day food diary that i have to count every calorie that i can no cheating.

But i am crap on counting them so any help you could give me i would really love it please please please.

Is there a sight that counts the calories in the food's?

Thanks

Laura.

There are loads of websites that calorie count you just need to find the one that is best for you. Are you on facebook I use an application called my diets. It calorie counts and then looks at this versus your exercise/activity for the day

    Good Luck

There was a really good free website posted on here recently (not WLR) that does just that.

Afraid I can't remember the name, hopefully someone else will soon.

    ETA: It's foodfocus.co.uk Hth ?

I use food.focus.co.uk and its excellent. I trust the values they have and you can find most things you can buy here (as opposed to US brands, which used to drive me crazy on cal counter sites! ?

    And its free Smiley smile
