Hello everyone.

After answering a question about colonoscopies, I should probably come out of lurking, and introduce myself to OT. So here goes...

My name is Kirsty and I'm 27. I used to live in Slough but now live in Essex - I like to think I've moved up in the world (even if just a bit).

I signed up to Hitched last year as I was CBM for my best friend - I found it ever so helpful and somewhat addictive!

I'm not engaged hence me lurking rather than ever posting on here. I've been with my OH for four and a half years - I'd like to get married soon but we'll see what happens! Feels weird 'unlurking' myself on a wedding forum but this is OT so I hope nobody minds!

I have two cats called Loftus and Lola - Loftus because I am a season ticket holder at QPR (that's my main hobby) and Lola because, well, we liked it.

Not sure what else to tell you really but it's nice to 'meet' you all.

    Hello and welcome to OT! I don't think you're the only "not engaged" person here (Always the Bridesmaid? Apologies if I've got that wrong!) and it matters not a jot.

    As you may have noticed, weddings rarely feature in OT anyway!

    It sure was. Moved to Brentwood two years ago - after living in Slough and getting all the 'Oooooo that's where the Office is filmed' comments when I started uni, I now get asked about TOWIE all the time. Potentially my least favourite thing about the place!

    It's a pleasure to meet a fellow QPR fan! Used to be a season ticket holder in the Paddocks until I met OH! He's a Portsmouth fan so dont have much time for QPR now.

    I like Portsmouth, was pretty sad for them when they got relegated. Although in 11 days time, we could (read; most probably will) be feeling their pain...

    Sure is a shame - it's a somewhat miserable existence. But I loves it.

    I can only assume you're a Naaaaarwich fan from your name. If you could be so kind as to beat Villa on the last day of the season, it would be muchos appreciated!!

    I wouldn't say I 'hate' it. I just don't like it very much.

    I have seen Mario at Brentwood station a couple of times though. He's ever so good looking in real life.
