Hello everyone, my mum phoned me this morning to let me know of a scam that may be around at the moment. She works for a bank and yesterday they received a notice about the following scam:
When you are paying for your shopping with your card, the teller puts through cashback without being asked for it and then either keeps the money for themselves or passes it to someone they know who is also in the queue.
PLEASE check your receipts before leaving the store so that if this has happened then it can be rectified ASAP.
