Dedication to Cricks

I remember people referring to it last time there was a mini surge of people over to DW but don't think anyone actually explained the reason why. Guess it was something similar to this.

This is ridiculous. She was always polite, helpful and friendly. Cricks, just in case you are reading this and would still like to come to the Cambridge meet as you said you might do, email me jenny _ slack @ hotmail.co.uk and I'll keep you informed. I hope to see you there - hitched can't ban you from meeting up with us!

Cricks - thank you for months of advice on almost every topic imaginable, thank you for organising the secret Santa also.

For what it's worth, I've never seen you be rude, you always managed to disagree with a certain air of class and dignity about you.

You will be sorely missed.

This is truly ridiculous, Cricks is probably THE most fair and articulate person I have encountered on this site, I have seen her offer help/advice to old and new members. I have not witnessed anything that can be in anyway construed as being negative towards any other hitched user. She may have opinions but I think that having an opinion and having the confidence to voice it and justify it is an admirable thing. Hitched would be a far poorer place without opinions!

In my entire time on hitched I have found you to be the most level headed and articulate hitcher and have offered invaluable advice to everyone, old and NEW!! You will be massively missed Cricks

In the summer there was a little stampede over to DW as threads were being deleted etc on here for no reason. I think we all pretty much came back here after a while though though I know a few people stuck around over there, I always forget it exists untill things like this happen!

Such a lovely girl. Her wedding report had me weeping big fat tears as it was just so heartfelt, the emotions were palpable. A stunning bride, who surely epitomises what the 'Hitched Bride' is all about.

Dont know Cricks but its sad that hitched would remove anyone Surely the people who caused this didnt need to report on her Are they school children!!!"Miss, Miss she said this about me!" come to mind! I personally love the advice from you OMs

Haven't posted or looked here for a few weeks, RL, a general lull in my wedding planning and health has got in the way but I was astounded when I heard about this today and I'm absolutely gutted.

I'll bloody miss you Cricks and I hope we can stay in touch via Twitter!

I've never known cricks be horrible to anyone on here. She will be really missed as was a world of information and advice.
