Do you have weigh in clothes?

I weigh at home naked, I even take my bracelet off! I wouldn't weigh in in jeans, i'd do just the same as you. Good luck!

Not a special outfit as such but I would never wear jeans!!!! They reckon they weigh an extra lb!!! Looking forward to the summer and wearing a really light weight dress! As its nice put on a lightweight pair of cropped trousers and a light weight vest top.... you never know it may help! Its weird how our minds work but I do tend to go for a light option such as my gym clothes!!!!

Ive had a really good week up until a pub lunch today. Had a chicken & cheese panini, chips & a pint of lager. Why would I eat on a weigh day?!

I always wear the same skirt with a top when I get weighed. My weigh-in day is on a Wednesday and I have always more or less tried to wear the same outfit.

I have a weigh in outfit, I wear jeans and a vest top. I know jeans weigh a bit more, but I always wear the same pair so I can still see the weight difference each week (and I always make sure that all of the pockets are empty). If you usually weigh in in your work trousers then I would wear them.

Not posted on here for ages but yes i have a weigh in outfit.

No matter what time of year i always weigh in my cropped linen trousers and a vest top.

Don't have an outfit but I do always wear something as light as possible lol.
