I am feeling nosey today!

Mr Spoon and I have been living together for 7 years and 4 months (just did a quick count up), we started in a rented flat, moved to a furnished flat, and then 3 1/2 years ago we bought our house.

We've been living together for about 18 months now! H2Bs mum kicked him out of their house, so for the first 5 months we were squashed up at my mums. Then we bought our flat just over a year ago and haven't looked back!

We love living together and it's so nice to have our own space! We picked our flat as it's ground floor and has two really spacious bedrooms, so after the wedding we can start trying for mini-stripey and not worry about where to put him/her or lugging buggies up stairs! The previous owner had two kids in here so we figured we can stay here and save for the next few years, wait for the market to recover and then buy a house ?

We used to live together, for about 18 months and then we decided we loved living together so much that we wanted to save to buy somewhere by living with our respective parents and been there since Feb... But then I decided to go to uni so I can't save much per month. We live in the same village though and see each other every day, so its not so bad.

Only thing is OH really doesn't like living at home, so it looks like we'll be back in rental early next year. Not too keen on the idea myself as I'd rather stay at the rents and continue saving to buy, but can't wait to live together again ?

Yep, we've lived together for exactly a year in 6 days.. By the time we're married we'd have lived together 2 years and one day.

I couldn't imagine not living with someone before I marry them, I think you need a trial run!

We'll have been together three yrs at christmas. We decided to move in together after a year but it took another 8 months before we sorted out our respective homes and moved in together. When we get married we'll have lived together for 2 yrs minus 10 days. I love living with him. it was scarey to make that move as I had lived on my own, very happily for six years. (so had he) and moving in with him meant me leaving my social life and my circle of friends. I kept my job but now have to commute to it which takes its toll. It was hard at first, but overall it's been worth it!

Tina - I do think I must be mad in the space of a few months we will have - getting our first place together, and having to gather things and move in, finalising / doing a wedding and honeymoon, job hunting and OH going to Afghan, 4 of the most stressful life events, but, they say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger... haha.. and i'm sure it won't kill me.

I've lived with my OH for 14 months now. We own a 2 bedroom flat, but both want to get a house as miss not having a garden! Well we have a garden where we are but its shared. Luckily our neighbours are lovely and we get on well with them. I think we're going to look at buying after the wedding so fingers crossed we manage to get a lovely wee house! lol

We have been living together for 2 years having brought a house together. Prior to that we divided our time between my tiny flat and the staff accommodation house he shared with 3 other chefs.

We have always lived together. We moved in as friends to a shared house and it sort of went from there! So we've lived together for eight years and been engaged for six .

Weve lived together for about 4 and half years, we bought our house in July 2006. By that point we had been together for just over 2 years. x

We have officially lived in our own flat together for a year and 3 months and we have been together 3 years and nearly 3 months. However, before we get together we were flatmates (in fact for part of the time I was with my ex and my fiance was our flatmate) and then once I moved out to rent a room and we started going out we were always together at my house or his. Then I er, moved back in with my fiance (before we were engaged) and my ex for a few months to save for the deposit on our rented flat!

Living with my fiance is easy, he's tidier than I am and we share everything equally - bills, rent, chores. We're both pretty easy going and love being around each other, it works well for us and I think we both agree that we wouldn't have considered waiting to live together after getting married as (for us) it's part of knowing each other and making sure we work together.

We spent the beginning of our relationship either staying at mine or his. He'd bought his house just before we'd started going out in April 07 and I've had my house since Dec 05. I think I officially moved my stuff in Spring last year. So officially living together for about 18 months. Hopefully we'll move soon, it depends on our jobs really.

We have been 2gether 7 years, about a month after we met i fell out with my mum (i was 18) so moved in2 his nanas and rented her spare room, so he was there every night basically, then we rented a flat about 2 years later, lived there for a few years and we now have a lovely brand spanking new 3 bed house for us and our little bundle of trouble, moved just after the wee ones 1st birthday in march.

We've lived together for just over 2 years now. We bought out house last year and before that we split our time between the house I was renting and the house he was renting. I've forgotten what it's like to not have him nearby. We both work together as well, so we live in one anothers pocket (in a good way!).

We've lived together since September but spent pretty much every night together before that. We get married a year to the day that we first moved in together!

We're currently renting a huge 3 bed house as my little sister also lives with us but after we're married we'll start saving for our own house x
