I'm thinking of this right now, I definitely dont want classical, but I quite fancy something awesome! We are having 'the power of love' by Huey Lewis & the news for when we are signing the register and 'you make my dreams' by hall & oates for our 1st dance so maybe something 80s-tastic! If anyone has any ideas please throw them my way!!

I've suggested to OH that I have the music from Jurassic Park - we both love the film and watch it at least once a week and if you can't see dinosaurs it's actually a really beautiful piece of music LOL

My OH asked why I didn't want to have the wedding march, I wasn't sure how to respond so just stared at him with a raised brow... I hope I haven't offended anyone now if they have chosen to have it!

We're having Songbird by Eva Cassidy.

Heaven is our first dance song as our registrar wouldn't let us have this in our ceremony, no matter though as we both love the song so can't wait to dance to it as mr & mrs!

I did wonder about this use of 'Heaven' and was surprised to see the word 'heaven' in a reading in the book that our registrar gave us!

I really love that song so much, but I didn't think it was very "weddingy", in fact, it's a bit dark when you think about it.

"I'm hanging on the wire, for a love I'll never find"

I'm having major wobbles. I want to have Don't Rain On My Parade (Glee version) but my H2B has banned me so I was thinking of having the instrumental beginning bit of November Rain but it's only 1.30 long and I don't think it will be long enough.

I'm walking in to the instrumental version of 'Make you feel my love' by Adele. And then the actual song when we sign the register. I REALLY want an acoustic version of You got the Love by Florence and the Machine for our exit but cant find one ANYWHERE.... Smiley sad

We are having "Let the Bright Seraphim" by Handel, for organ, soprano and trumpet. I love a bit of live music!
