Bucketing down here too (MK). We're forecast to get the thunderstorms around 3pm!

I love rainy April, does that make me weird? Always fills me with hope that we'll have a lusciously hot summer. Dry, warm Spring makes me worry that it's saving up all the rain and misery for July and August (so basically the past 2 years!).

No rain here at Canary Wharf, just dark dark dark clouds.

Muchos rain here in Tamworth. Got soaked doing the school run, and it has yet to stop.

It's yuck! And soooo windy too which renders the umbrella pointless!

Still, at least no-one needs to use hosepipes...

Torrential in the city with horizontal rain at the moment due to strong winds! so gross. But no lightning and thunder yet!

We've had cra#py weather all day, just had some very loud thunder and hail stones over here in Wandsworth. Looks like the suns trying to break through the clouds now!

Whopper thunder and hail in Southwark but has just this minute stopped and the sun is peeking through the gloom.

Barnsley is rancid, grey and miserable. No change there, then.

Aw come on...I used to live near Barnsley (Clayton West) and my first child was born in the hosp there. It had its good points!

That epic thunderstorn started when I was half way round the park on my lunch time jog [:'(] Ive never been so drenched!!!

Running in the rain is great - only if you're expecting it, though!

At lunchtime when i went home and briefly took the dog out, this is the view i had very similar to the other day when we had an epic storm so i imagine its on the way!!

The town centre has just acquired a Costa. So that's good.

Usually I dont mind it, but now i have to sit at my desk with wet hair ☹️ if I was now at home in the bath i would have loved it, it really was epic!

Peeing it down here - I had 3 layers on when out walking the dog and came back soaked through and freezing

We suddenly have suspiciously bright skies and sunshine. Wonder how long it'll last. I want thunderstorms!

Raining on and off here. Cant get my washing out grrrrrr. I hate thunder and lightning, really freaks me out!

I'd forgotten just how annoying heavy thunder is with sash windows - they're rattling around me!

No thunder but we've had lots of wind and hail.
