I'm having a piper so i will be piped out not decided on a song yet

I want something silly like signed sealed delivered! But my OH and I are yet to agree on any music! We have such different tastes in music. When we do long car journeys we have 15 mins each!

We are thinking about having 'I gotta feeling' by the Black eyed peas!! Both of us love the group and street dancing (my Oh used to be a podium dancer) and we know that all of our friends will laugh when they hear the first couple of bars

i watched some gretna weddings on you tube (i shouldnt have tortured myself) and some people had background music playing during the ceremony, dont know if thats an idea?

Some great ideas. I wanted signed sealed delivered but my H2B's cousin had it for his 1st dance so not going down that path. I think we're gonna have 'You're my best friend' by Queen, although our music changes quite frequently!!

Have you had a look for string quartet versions of modern stuff? We used a selection of tracks by Vitamin String Quartet (youtube them!) downloaded from amazon as background music for when guests arrived and it was lovely.

For exit music we went with "All You Need is Love" by the Beatles.

I wanted everythin by michael buble for our exit song but H2B hates it

We've got Canon in D for our entrance so i wanted something nice for our exit like greatest day or similar with nice lyrics- think H2B wanst traditional though

Anyone any ideas for something half way? Not too poppy or cheesy?

This is a great idea tinks! Brilliant song, and I always think it's great to have something upbeat to walk out to, after all the emotion of the ceremony.

We're thinking of having Michael Buble's version of Crazy Little Thing Called Love, or maybe Sinatra's I've Got You Under My Skin.

Thanks Stazzle. We just love it so much and if it gets all ours friends up and jumping then all the better, and am pretty certain it will be a great night so think it fits even if it is a little unusual. I love the Bublemister and Sinatra aswell, we are having 'Fly me to the moon' as our first dance.

Think we are going to have "beautiful day" by U2 - but really like "nothings gonna stop us"!!

Also when we enter the room for the reception, gonna have Black Eyed Peas - want the party to start!

We've opted for the Superman theme tune. H2B is huge fan and we think(hope) it will make everyone smile as its very us - probably not helpful to OP ;-)

Well I've the exit music sorted... highland cathedral by a piper, and im going to see if we can make it a pipe and organ duet! Its my entrance music thats confused me a tad!

We're having everything by michael buble as our first dance (and going to see him tonight at the o2 - yippee!) - that's about the only thing we can agree on! although it won't be the MB version - H2B wants a live singer as he loves all rat pack music but i told him we couldn't afford it - and then saw this amazing guy at a wedding fair and booked him as a surprise!!!! its killing me keeping it a secret though!!!!

i want suddenly by angry anderson to walk in to (think charlene and scott in neighbours - its a gorgeous song) but H2B has said no! and thinking of rule the world by take that to come out to, but keep changing my mind!!!!
