Just thought i would share my news........................ my dad has been given a date of release (discharge) from hospital. We have been told its 2 weeks time so fingers crossed that everything will be in place for this date.

Its been a long time coming and we are so happy that dad will be home shortly, where he belongs. ? ? ?

    That is brilliant news!!? So happy for your dad... i really hope that being at home will help make his recovery continue onwards and upwards. I hope that all goes well with the continuing care stuff (remember the forms from my community nursing days!!). Make sure him and your mum get ALL of the help, benefits, etc that they are entitled to! Bug smiling hugs to you all!
