I ordered my dress today, yay! So excited and can not wait to wear it now.

If any of you ladies are off dress shopping soon I would seriously recommend going in with an open mind and try on lots of different styles. I thought I wanted a big, sparkly dress and no taffeta and that's what I told the dress lady today. What did I end up with, a dress thats half taffeta and its not very big! I had tried a lot of big princess dresses on and loved them all but didn't feel like any of them was the one and I loved this as soon as I tried it on

Heres a flash of it, might take it down after a couple of days though just in case. The pictures really dont do it justice though, the bottom is beautiful and sparkly.

Any dress twins?!!

Aww this was my 'wow' dress - i love it. didn't go for it in the end, as i cried when i put my dress on (so thought i should get it!).

Nadia is such a gorgeous dress - good choice!!

Thanks for the advice - i am trying to be open minded for when i go - i know i want a dress with straps that is simple and slim fitting - will prob opt for a strapless princess dress knowing me.

Beautiful dress!! I also tried this on a couple of weeks ago, its combines everything i wanted, sparkle, flower details and the princessy bottom (without being too big!) It really is stunning, the sparkle top is gorgeous

Livia is beautiful!!

I love this dress, and its got a great layer of sequin tulle under it, hence the sparkle on the bottom.. i love it soo much

Thanks ladies! I'm going to wear the strap but I like that I can take it off if I want to which I think I will for the night time.

Excited that I have a dress twin!! I'm not too sure about accessories etc, I was wanting to wear a tiara originally but think a nice headband would look better. I have seen some lovely ones from some of the HIBs on here. Then just an elbow length veil?! What are you thinking of?

PurplePixie- It's by Ronald Joyce, Livia I think the specific design is.

Oh and also I would suggest looking around for a bargain, the place I ordered it from was offering 20% off so I saved £350 off the price I had seen it else where so don't just get it from the 1st place you see

I cant decide what to have and only just over 8 weeks to go ! Dont think i will have a veil and not wearing the stap.. thinking just a delicate necklace and dangly earings and nice braclet but not sure :s x

I got mine for a good price too ( i think ) its so worth shopping round, just wish it would hurry up and get in ! x
