Flash Me Your Bouquets!

Rizzo, 11 February, 2011 at 08:51 Posted on Planning 0 24

I'm seeing the florist and know next to nothing about flowers! Please inspire me and give me some ideas by flashing your flowers....

So far, I have seen this bouquet that I like:

    Hey Anneka,

No not at all, she's called Stacey at Urban Bride. She's fantastic - makes all the pieces herself. Not sure if I can put up links but here's her website http://www.urbanbride.co.uk/ xxx I love it!

Anneka - I was exactly the same - I saw her at a Wedding Fayre in Leeds. I kept going back and picking it up. I fell in love with it immediately but couldn't justify paying that price. However - I get to keep it afterwards. Flowers die - This is mine to keep. She can change anything you want, colours, style etc. I'm attaching a button hidden in th bouquet that my H2B has in his buttonhole - which she has also made. My shoes were only £18 - so it kinda evens it out ? In my mind anyway! lol

Ah I love it when people use my flashes!!!

Yeh I thought they were a bit different and also they work out quite cheap as just three lillies!!! Although my adults might have 5 and teens have 3 to make it more proportionate to their size.

It's nice with the wire - but I'm going to have it wrapped in ribbon and my flower girl will have one with all streamers hanging down so it's a bit more special for her. the buttoniere with the wire is pretty cool too...

They're beautiful! My BM's are in purple too, so they are having mango calla's to break it up a bit. Just emailed the florist now to get a price. Do you mind my asking how much they are costing you?

Not a problem - £15 each! Was thinking of having a spare made up for throwing too as i'm getting paperweights made out of mine for presents for me and the mums.
