This week I sorted my bubble guns, 'dancing shoes', had a go at a buttonhole and made a Mrs Osborne coathanger *flash flash flash*

And I designed an M&M 'Mr & Mrs' logo for out perconalised M&M favours. The M&M's are going into little clear boxes,a nd the logo will be a sticker stuck on the boxes.

And we ordered our fingerprint tree:

DuckyBum where did you get those shoes from? They're just the kind of thing I want to get but haven't found any at a reasonable price.

They are from TU at Sainsbury's but weren't that reasonable at £4.50 a pair (and that was with 25% off this weekend, should have been £6 each). However, I had TU vouchers and 2 x £10 off your next shop vouchers so used those to make them a little less ouchy on the purse. They are adorable though!

Not exactly sparkle but a few of our recently sorted out bits and bobs:

    One of two bay trees:

These will be pulled into shape a little better, put in a better pot and the bow tied much neater. We'll use them either side of the entrance to the reception room. (Excuse all the boxes etc in the background-its all weddingy stuff we were sorting through)

The beginnings of our sweetie buffet:

Just a selection of the jars and vases we have bought so far, lots of work still to do on this to make it beautiful!

    Our invites:

We are both really proud of how these have turned out, although we've still got about 60 to make!

Pinky6 - I made it! With some wire from hobbycraft and plier things from the shed. It didn't come naturally and took about ten attempts! Then when I finally got the name correct, I pulled off the wooden bar from the coat hanger, and glued the wire into the holes, taped in place overnight. The. Tied a bow and voila!

You can buy (perhaps slightly better made ones) from Etsy which is where I saw them for about £20. If you search 'personalised/custom coathanger' I'm sure you'll find some. If I were better at making them, I'd offer to do one for you, but as this took me a whole day and probably more than £20 worth of stuff, I'd recommend buying one from an expert!
