These were my absolute favourite shoes but my dress is in no way lacy so I just couldn't see them matching.

I think I have decided on this pair though (although haven't bought them yet, hopefully will in a few weeks)

My dress isn't lacy either, but they go just fine - it's the satin cross-over that matches off my dress to be honest, I wouldn't have got them if they were completely lacy. ? I love your shoes too though!

I really wanted super high heels with a platform, and fell in love with these

but at £209 they are well out of my price range, realistically. OH is 6'3 and I'm only 5'6 so don't want to look daft, but much as I'm a total shoe queen, I'm not sure on the practicalities of wearing high heels in such heat and (probably, at some point) on the beach too. Plus, if I were to go from heels to bare feet there would be the issue of the length of my dress too.

Gah! Decisions, decisions! I'm sure at some point in the not too distant future, there will be plenty of posts from me agonising over this very problem!?

Are the top ones with the bow and sparkles as I wore these in ivory (as a bridesmaid) with a dusky pink dress and the bride had them in a dusky pink colour too!

They're sooo pretty and comfy too which is a BIG plus!! The bow was just a little big I thought. Only my opinion though!

Yes, MrsH, they're from Next - my wedding bargain as they only cost me about £12 in the summer sale!

MIL2B seems to think they're the wrong colour for my dress and she's not keen on them either, but tough, I love 'em! (obv if they're the wrong colour, then that's a different problem entirely!)

The bottom ones were the first shoes I saw and I'm so in love with them, I just don't think I can justify the cost of them for a v small wedding abroad. It would be a different story if we were getting married in this country and I was likely to keep them on all day, but I doubt that I'll have them on for much more than a couple of hours, which seems to make them an extravagence too far! [:'(]
