We've all picked some beautiful venues to get married!! I can't wait to have mine. We're going to see ours again in 3 weeks for our planning meeting and Im really excited to show MIL whose coming with us to look after our daughter as she hasnt seen it yet.

Its a stunning part of the country, coming from London, I love the venue, but the journey to get there driving through the moors and the hills is beautiful and so nice to get out of town.

Lovely venues!!! Vicxy - St Aubries Park is so beautiful - I would have loved to go there, but it was too far out of the way for my family - lucky you!!

And AJ! I've stayed at the Baeulieu Hotel - it's wonderful and the people who work there are so helpful

The reception is in another place but cant find a pic - but its a boathouse overlooking a lake - looks pretty standard but am having the ceiling and walls dressed so hopefully it will look lovely x

This is the ballroom where we're having our wedding breakfast and evening reception:

It looks a bit crappy in the picture as it's not set up in wedding mode - we'll be having round tables with ivory chair covers and burgundy sashes. It's a really big, airy room with with lots of chandeliers. There is a bar behind the curtain at the back for the evening reception.

The hotel we're getting married in is on right on Brighton seafront.

sarah i recognised yours straight away, my brother got married here a couple of years ago! absolutely stunning, we all had such a great time!!! your a very lucky lady!!!

We're getting married here, in our local church in the village we both grew up. My parents got married here too, so being a bit sentimental about things like that, was really important for me to get married there aswell ? Have confirmed the time this weeks so its all sorted bar the deposit! Initial thoughts are a marquee reception at OHs folks field.

Mine is a bit smaller but I still think it's gorgeous. Hey Green in Marsden, right on the edge of t'moors, and we'll have exclusive use of it. I cannot wait for it to be packed out with my friends and family!
