Rose Hall Hilton is where my Oh proposed to me this year!! On the beach at the front. Wonderful memories from there, amazing resort, and beautiful *beautiful* place. Saw a couple of weddings done while we were there and they were stunning :-) Hope we'll be able to go back at some point...

ahhhhh AMAZING!!! were actually having our wedding breakfast and evening do in the conference centre as its a bigger room where we can all sit together. Are you getting married in the house or that beautiful top area of the conference part.

Actually found a picture of the front of the Town Hall we're getting married in. Wish there were pics of the inside...but alas there are none but we're getting married in the Ball Room

I think this is a lovely looking building, and is right in the centre of one of Northumberland's historic market towns

Omg i have serious venue envy, these places are gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!! Theres nothing like these places within about 3 hours of where i live! (problem with living in back end of nowhere!) Heres mine,

te he he, i told Fiona i didnt like it being called a conference centre as it wasing very weddingie so she refers to it as The Mews around me now! :-) (only slightly brizezilla!)

we were going to have it all over there too but we are not thinking of having the ceremony in the house i the dinning room (apparently there is a wedding at christmas doing that with more ppl then us so she is going to let us know how they all fit in!) then the wedding breckfast in the 'Mews' and the evening back in the house.

it was the first venue we saw and we both fell in love, we went to see one other and just kept comparing it! so we took my mum a day or 2 later and she loved it too and we put down the deposit! every one is so excited about staying in one of the rooms! oooh and the head chef has a resturant in St.Werburgs which we went to a couple of weeks ago! AMAZING!!! so excited about the menu discussion!!

have you been to either of the wedding fairs? i couldnt make the first one but i went to the last on in Sept.

our big day is March, i might do an extra special report just for you! ?

Yes please he he he I agree conference sounds soooooooooo well non wedding like and does not go with the house if you get what i mean?? it does'nt suite conference centre!! Or maybe were both bridzillas lol

I went to the wedding faye in August, just makes it sooo much more exciting, and as I only live in the local village Im always there for afternoon tea lol have you tried that??? its a lovely thing to do on a weekend.

I like the idea of using both the house and the "Mews" as you get the best out of the entire place! Have you seen the disco room now its finished?? with the sliding wall out to the courtyard?? its FAB!!!

Gary rodes, Ansley harriott and another ched I cant remember the name of have just stayed there and raved about it! I cant WAIT!!!!!!!! Were going to go back in the spring with the in laws and parents and let them pick their rooms lol (they seen it and fell in love as well)

Berwick Lodge is stunning. I abslutely love the style of the venue.

( The bed at the top of the stairs is almost identical to the one I had! I thought they had nicked my bed for a minute)

The ceremony room is just under the balcony in the picture, the big windows and this is the reception room, obviously it won't be set up like a resturant.

I meant the bed I had at home!! We had a complete set of French Antique furniture in the bedroom & the bed is almost identical. I'll try & dig out a few pics.

The second Album down, and the last album marked hatch their venue was beriwkc lodge. So you can get a idea!! LOL that is typically what my OH would say! like he says to me but its just tea and cake lol that was until I made him come and try it lol
