Were booked for the 15th June 2013. My fella thought I was mad booking so soon but after reading all the forums I see that that was the right thing to do.

I am sooooooo excited though, cant believe ive got over a year to wait !!!! x

That's the week before me! And you're right, booking early is key to get the good venues, photographers, etc. There was just a post the other day about things booking up early and a bride missing out!

So far we have booked the venue - lovely little barn/tearoom, the photographer and the most important thing ........... a VW Camper van Monty, My OH thinks im now obsessed with Monty !! ha x

I'm getting married July 2013 and have been engaged about 6 weeks, still very much excited about wedding planning! I've already booked a bit too much probably....venue, dj, hair and makeup, meeting potential photographer in a week, plus i've already bought a wedding dress and shoes! Still got lots to do though so that will keep me busy, plus we have to decide if we want a videographer or not (we only have about £500 for one if we did get one). Happy planning!

Like venart, I'm also getting married the week after you, so far I've booked venue, photograher, florist, need to confirm and pay deposit on entertainment and chair covers, currently dress shopping.

Look forward to hearing your ideas and plans, the next year will fly by for us all I'm sure.
