Hen night - companies....

kelly1988, 1 December, 2011 at 11:47 Posted on Planning 0 7

Ive been looking at a few hen night companies like UK girl thing, Maximise, Crocodile events and Gohen and getting a bit confused....

Just wondering whos booked through any of these for theirs?

I dont really wana do it separately just incase people drop out as I know you dont have to given numbers of the group til near the time.

All I wana do is stay 1 night in a nice hotel, cocktail making and have a restaurant reservation then do our own thing going round the bars and maybe a VIP club entry looking at Newcastle or Liverpool or anywhere else that has good nightlife......

......can anyone help?!?!?!?

My Bridesmaid used Crocodile for my hen night to weeks ago and cannot stop singing their praises!! We had a spa day in Brighton followed by a meal, party bus and tour of the bars and clubs it was amazing!! MOH said that every time she e-mailed, called, changed details they were really helpful and always got back to her really quickly

I booked my own and it was cheaper.

Travelodge Hotel in Bath for 1/2 nights - some people came for both, some only came for the main night - Family Rooms slept 3/4 so was only 25/30 each

    Burlesque dance class booked direct.

Dinner in Ask - 2 courses for £10

Area reserved in Revolution - minimum spend... easily done!!

I also read those sites, my opinion is that it is better too book it yourself. It's cheaper in most of the times.

I have booked my Birmingham Hen Do with UK Girl Thing.

In my opinion it was cheaper to book with them, and I looked into it loads.

We are paying £101.95 each for all of the following:

    -Lunch

-Cocktail Making masterclass with all drinks

-Restaurant Reservation & 2 Course Dinner

-Hotel Night Stay in a good quality hotel in Birmingham. Its in a good location and a good chain

    -Breakfast the next day

I know its cheaper, as went on one which was virtually the same thing and paid more, yet didnt get breakfast.

All we will have to pay for is mini bus and drinks. Everyone thinks price is good.

I found it easy to book with them, and have made changes and they have been really helpful. Thought it was much easier, as now the girls pay the company direct as and when they want xx

I've booked with a chillisauce too. We are staying for 2 nights in manchester, with cocktail making and chocolate making. It would be cheaper to do it individually but there's a few people who couldn't let me know for definite until a few weeks before so there would be a risk that there wouldn't be enough space but companies can hold extra rooms just in case. Plus it would be a lot of money to pay it all upfront.

OH booked his individually, he just booked a travelodge in Newcastle and it's cost £30pp for 2 nights.

I also booked mine with UKgirlthing, £159 for 2 nights 4* central hotel, with breakfast, go carting and 3 course meal and VIP entry and reserved seating, for 16 of us, alot better as they do an online pay system for everyone to pay as they want so less hassle of having to collect peeps money
