Honeymoon inspiration flash please!

We went to Malaysia, Borneo for 2 weeks and then 4 nights in Dubai.

In 5 words: Amazing, Orangutans, Dolphins, Orangutans, Weather!

Was a dream come true for me and these photos sum it up

One day these little furry guys will be gone and those moments of watching them play is a memory I'll teasure forever. It was hard going doing all the travlelling as it took us over 2 days to get there and then we did 4 days/nights of travelling about so got up at 5am but well worth it.

We have finally booked ours!!

We are flying to Barbados- we have 1 night in an all inclusive hotel, we then go on a 7 night cruise around the Caribbean stopping at a different island each day ending with 3 more nights in an all inclusive hotel in Barbados!

We looked at a variety of holidays and decided on acruise as h2b doesn't like sunbathing, needs a gym or will go mad and likes to keep busy! The cruise offers lots to do plus sunbathing for me! Ship has got 4 pools includin an adult only! PLus our cabin has a balcony so I can sunbathe whilt he sleeps!

We'll then stay for another week at the hotel so we do get our lazy beach holiday too!

I am soooo looking forward to it, think it will be the trip of a lifetime!

It has to be Southern Goa for me, went their in 2007 and said that we would go back for our honey moon, i loved it so much!!!!

The first week is half term and I have put in a letter to the chair of govenours requesting a week off. I have put that I am happy for it to be unpaid or as I am part time can make the 3 days up elsewhere. My head is happy for me to have it so will put in a good word and if I get refused I will panic! lol, I am 90% sure it will be fine!

We did look at going away at Christmas but its so expensive. We will be better off if I take unpaid leave then going in the holidays!!

We are spending a week in Thailand

Then two weeks in New Zealand

Then our final week in San Francisco

And finally Vegas!

Not the average honeymoon, but we've been saving forever for a proper adventure - Mr & Mrs Tahdahs Taster of the World!

We're going to St Lucia for 2 weeks luxury all inclusive....absolutely cannot wait!!!!!!

We're yet to decide, we've had about 10 definite this is what we want to do moments, then we think of something else! Really need to decide what, where and when!

Laura - sounds like it will be fine. I kept going on about going on holiday in hols but your right, might as well go in term time, I dont have contract (at mo) so can do what I want, but dont get paid holidays anyway.

Where abouts are you staying in Vegas? We went in August and stayed in the Luxor, was amazing-completely crazy-another world!x
